On April 9, the DenSwap team hosted our monthly webinar that goes over the process and setting expectations for buying or selling a coworking space. In the webinar we discuss what's important in determining a coworking space's valuation (the coworking valuation calculator is a good start) and what sellers should be thinking about six months leading up to listing their space. The second half of the webinar was focused on buyers and the questions they should be asking potential spaces.
